Hawaiian Slaw Recipe

	easy side salad slaw cabbage carrots pineapple vinegar ginger fennel mayonnaise

Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage shredded

3 carrots grated

1 cup canned crushed pineapple drained

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot

1 teaspoon fennel seeds

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Combine cabbage, carrots, pineapple, vinegar, gingerroot and fennel then chill.

Stir in mayonnaise just before serving.
