Tourondels Cabbage Salad

- 3/4 cup golden raisins shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 TBS whole-grain mustard shopping list
- 1 TBS sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil (or sunflower) shopping list
- 2 TBS walnut oil shopping list
- salt, freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 medium head of green cabbage, shredded (about 8 cups) shopping list
- 1 large carrot, peeled and shredded shopping list
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced crosswise shopping list
- 1/4 cup snipped chives OR sliced green onion shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl, soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes; drain well.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk the vinegar with the mustard and sugar.
- Whisk in the oils and S&P.
- Add cabbage, carrot, onion, chives and raisins and toss well.
- Adjust S&P after tasting and toss again.
- Chill well before serving.
