How to make it

  • heat your wok to medium high and put in the oil, butter, garlic , bacon and the white part of the scallion (if you use regular bacon, you don’t need so much butter and oil)
  • sauteed until aromatic and the bacon is fairly crisp
  • put in the corn and brussel sprouts and sauteed for about 15min. I like to leave mine a bit longer until the corn start browning a bit. Make sure you season with salt and pepper to taste
  • When done, put in dish and garnish with the green scallions and fried scallions
