  • fresh veggies i used onions garlic aspargus and zuchini
  • dry white wine
  • a splash of red wine vinager and extra virgine olive oil
  • wax paper or a brown paper bag soaked in oil

Directions
  1. go catch your fresh salmon (this may take all day)lol
  2. when your at your local veggie stand look only for the fresh and best vegies no need to stick to a recipe use only the best you can find
  3. cut all your veggies into bite size pieces and place in a cut out piece on paper about a foot square and your fillet salmon splash with oil then wine and vinager salt and pepper if you like and maby some lemon zest for a little extra zing
  4. fold over your paper so it looks like a huge folded tortilla start in one corner and fold into the middle repeat over and over until it will looke like a huge old fashion hand pie staple the last edge to keep closed and bake in a 350 oven for 20 min. more if you like your salmon cooked dry,

I am interested in fixing salmon. I have done it maybe a couple of times but neither time very successful. I will have to catch some at the local market.

I like this recipe, nice and simple, delicious too. Thanks!
