Ingredients

How to make it

  • go catch your fresh salmon (this may take all day)lol
  • when your at your local veggie stand look only for the fresh and best vegies no need to stick to a recipe use only the best you can find
  • cut all your veggies into bite size pieces and place in a cut out piece on paper about a foot square and your fillet salmon splash with oil then wine and vinager salt and pepper if you like and maby some lemon zest for a little extra zing
  • fold over your paper so it looks like a huge folded tortilla start in one corner and fold into the middle repeat over and over until it will looke like a huge old fashion hand pie staple the last edge to keep closed and bake in a 350 oven for 20 min. more if you like your salmon cooked dry,

I am interested in fixing salmon. I have done it maybe a couple of times but neither time very successful. I will have to catch some at the local market.
