Honey Lime Dressing with Greens

The fruit combines with the lime to give this salad a bit of a zing.
Ingredients
- 6 Cups torn mixed salad greens shopping list
- ½ Cup fresh raspberries or ½ cup fresh sliced strawberries (or ¼ cup of both) shopping list
- 4 thin red onion slices separated into rings shopping list
- 2 TBS sliced almonds shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- ¼ cup lime juice shopping list
- 3 TBS oil shopping list
- 3 TBS honey shopping list
- ¼ tsp poppy seed shopping list
- ¼ tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss gently
- In a small bowl combine all dressing ingredients
- Blend well
- Serve salad with dressing and enjoy
