Hurry Curry Not Harry Carrey Recipe
This was created as a high protien/carbohydrate energy meal for pre/post workout, and it actually tastes very good, and is very simple to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 Serving Ben's instant rice
  • 3 large eggs (I like brown)
  • 3 or more tbl. spns. Yellow Curry Powder (I like a strong Curry flavor)
  • Red Chili Powder (to taste)
  • Heaping spoon of sour cream
  • 1 tbl. spn. butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions
  1. Prepare rice as directed on Ben's Instant Rice (Normaly 1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water microwaved for 5 min. is equal to 1-2 servings.)
  2. Heat pan with butter, curry powder, and chili powder untill aromatic.
  3. Introduce 3 large eggs (scrambled) in aromatic mixture.
  4. Cook eggs thoroughly.
  5. Add large spoon of sour cream once eggs are finished cooking.
  6. Once rice, and eggs are finished, mix eggs and rice together.
  7. Voila! You have just committed Hurry Curry!
