Brussels Sprouts In Lemon Juice

- 20 ounce frozen Brussels sprouts shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Cook sprouts according to package directions omitting salt then drain.
- Place sprouts in a shallow casserole and keep warm.
- Melt butter in saucepan then add mayonnaise, lemon juice and celery salt.
- Beat with a wire whisk until smooth then cook over medium heat until hot stirring constantly.
- Pour sauce over sprouts then sprinkle with cheese and almonds.
