Crabby Gazpacho Salad

- ! cup uncooked small shell pasta shopping list
- 1 Tbsp oil shopping list
- 1 package 8 ounces imitation crab or scallop, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup seeded and chopped cucumber shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/4 cup each diced red onion, sweet red pepper, and green pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup salsa (chunky) mild or medium your choice shopping list
- 1/4 cup light Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook past according to pkg. directions: drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta and oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss.
- Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
- I have served it sooner but if you can wait it is better.
