How to make it
- Soak lentils in cold water for one hour.
- Drain and pat dry with papers towels then blend in blender 2 cups at a time.
- Add onions, salt, pepper, chilies and coriander.
- Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
