Salmon And Jalapeno Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces tortilla chips
  • 2-3 tablespoons seeded, minced jalapenos
  • 1 cup flaked, cooked salmon, skin removed
  • 3 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 2/3 cup chopped sweet onions
  • 1/2-3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spread a double layer of tortilla chips in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with jalapeno, salmon, feta and onions.
  4. Top with Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

This sounds really good and totally unlike any nachos I've had. What a great new take on an old favorite. Do you use fresh jalepenos, or jarred ones?


I use fresh, but I'm sure either would work well!
