Crock Pot Pulled Pork Recipe
This is the easiest and tastiest pulled pork recipe I have found.

Ingredients
  • 4 pound pork sholder
  • 2 onions sliced and divided
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • water
  • 18 oz. favorite BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)

Directions
  1. Place one sliced onion on the bottom of your crock pot.
  2. Stud Pork Roast with Garlic Cloves.
  3. Place pork roast on top of onion in crock pot.
  4. Place other sliced onion on top of pork roast.
  5. Fill crock pot 2/3 of the way with water.
  6. Cover and cook for 8-12 hours on low.
  7. Take out pork and discard everything but pork.
  8. Shred pork in crock pot.
  9. Mix in bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce.
  10. Cook on high for 1-3 hours.
