How to make it

  • With a bread knife, carefully cut the English muffin into two even slices
  • Toast both sides until a light tan warms its sallow exterior
  • With a standard dinner knife, apply (to taste) chocolate frosting to the inside of both slices
  • Join the frosting-laden sides together
  • Allow 30 seconds to cool

    I saw this recipe and it made me think of my Grandma. She did this with graham crackers and homemade chocolate frosting for our after school snacks. Great memory!
