Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 container Italian salad dressing (pick your favorite - even cheap dressings work well for this marinade)
  • 2 limes
  • margarita mix
  • tequila
  • garlic powder

Directions
  1. Arrange chicken breasts together in a pan, puncture with a fork so the marinade sinks in fully
  2. Splash Italian dressing over the chicken until the breasts are half-submerged
  3. Cut the limes in half and squeeze juices over the chicken
  4. Apply a liberal amount of garlic powder
  5. Add in two parts margarita mix and one part tequila (for a nice, subtle flavor, not much tequila, one shot or so, is needed)
  6. Work all the ingredients into the chicken with a loving rub
  7. Let the chicken sit in its lovely little marinade for a half hour to an hour
  8. Toss the chicken onto the grill and cook, using indirect heating (works best to turn the outer burners on full, keep the middle burners off, and place chicken in the center of the grill), for 8-10 minutes per side
  9. Let cool, and serve chicken with whatever your heart desires
