This is a nice and fun way to break up the monotony of breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • Cookie cutter

Directions
  1. Preheat butter in frying pan over med heat.
  2. Cut out the center of the slices of bread with the cookie cutter.
  3. Fry bread on one side until brown.
  4. Turn bread over and break egg into the cut-out center.
  5. Fry until egg is done (egg will be sunny-side up).
  6. Serve and watch the smiles!
