How to make it

  • In 4qt. dutch oven bring water to a boil. Add green beans and return to boiling;reduce heat. Simmer,uncovered,for 7-8 mins or till beans are crisp-tender,adding garlic the last minute of cooking. Drain
  • Meanwhile,in a large bowl,combine basil,mint,red pepper,olive oil and salt. Add grained green beans and garlic. Toss gently to combine.
