Ingredients
  • 50 gr Butter
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 cube Beef stock in a mug full of boiled water
  • 1 heaped Tbsp flour mixed with 2 dl cold water

Directions
  1. Fry the onions in the butter until soft
  2. Add the beef stock mix
  3. Bring to the boil
  4. Add roughly 2/3 of the flour/water mixture and boil for about 5 mins.
  5. Add more of the flour/water mixture for thicker gravy
