. . .a recipe from a friend who happens to be an excellent cook. This is so easy and really good - especially with all the fresh zucs this time of the year

Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 cups zucchini diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 box of Stove Top Dressing ( not prepared)

Directions
  1. Sauté onion and zucchini in butter.
  2. Mix all ingredients in baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered.
