Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Onion; chopped
  • 3 Stalks Celery; sliced thin
  • 3 Large Potatoes; cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions
  1. Heat butter in a soup pot.
  2. Saute' the onions and celery for 2 minutes, stirring occationally.
  3. Add potato cubes, water, milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
