How to make it

  • Cook chicken in water or broth with seasonings until tender. Remove, chop meat, strain and reserve liquid.
  • Saute celery and onion in butter until soft, add bread cubes
  • Add rest of seasonings
  • Simmer 15 minutes over low heat...
  • Add milk reheat to the simmer. Thin with water if to thick.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings.
  • Serve with a sprig of parsley.
