- 4 (oz) Whitle linguine(2-1/2 Cups) shopping list
- 4 (oz) Green linguine(2-1/2 Cups) shopping list
- Boiling salt water shopping list
- 1/2 Cup butter shopping list
- 8oz.cooked ham,cut in thin strips(1-1/2 Cups) shopping list
- 3/4 Cup cooked peas shopping list
- 1(2-1/2oz)jar sliced Mushroms,drained shopping list
- 2 egg yolks,well beaten shopping list
- 1 Cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 Cup Freshly Grated parmesan cheese(4oz) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the two linguine in boiling salt water,just until tender.
- Drain,and return to pot.
- Add butter,ham,peas,and the mushrooms.
- In a bowl beat egg yolks and cream with a fork until foamy.
- Slowly add the cream mixture to linguine,mixing well.
- Stir in 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese.
- Stir gently over medium heat,until mixture is thickened.
- Serve on individual plates,sprinkle with reamaining parmesan cheese.
