How to make it

  • Cook the two linguine in boiling salt water,just until tender.
  • Drain,and return to pot.
  • Add butter,ham,peas,and the mushrooms.
  • In a bowl beat egg yolks and cream with a fork until foamy.
  • Slowly add the cream mixture to linguine,mixing well.
  • Stir in 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese.
  • Stir gently over medium heat,until mixture is thickened.
  • Serve on individual plates,sprinkle with reamaining parmesan cheese.
