  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 cups dried figs, quartered
  • 1 tbsp whole cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Directions
  1. Bring ingredients to a low boil in a saucepan.
  2. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cool completely and strain into jars.
