This is a very filling appetizer that is great using tortilla chips to dip with. Has a great garlic kick with just enough tomato! I eat it often as a meal.Very Filling!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 can of black eye peas
  • 3 jalapenos, seeds removed
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 4 oz of Italian seasoning
  • 1 bag scoops chips

Directions
  1. Wash and drain the beans and peas.
  2. Chop the garlic, tomatoes and jalapenos.
  3. Mix in bowl and add the Italian seasoning.
  4. Chill and serve with scooping chips.
