How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients, except sugar.
  • Stir constantly while heating to a boil.
  • Cook until rhubarb is softening.
  • Add sugar.
  • Stir until it has a rolling boil for one full minute.
  • Skim foam.
  • Pour into jars.
  • Store in fridge or freeze.
