How to make it

  • Cook pasta till edible, coat lightly with margrine and set aside to cool
  • chop 1 bunch of green onions coarsly
  • Julienne the green pepper, one and half of the red pepper, and the cucumber
  • dice the red onion
  • crumble the feta
  • chop the basil
  • combine the newly chopped peppers, onions, cucumber, basil and feta with the cooled down pasta
  • Finely chop the rest of the green onions
  • Finely dice the rest of the red peppers
  • combine the newly chopped green onions and red peppers to the cider vinegar, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. mix.
  • while whisking, slowly add the olive oil
  • pour the newly made dressing over top of the pasta salad and toss.
