My Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
My variation of this classic dish just adds a bit more of a kick and has been loved by everyone of my friends i have made it for

Ingredients
  • 500g of lean steak mince
  • a good handfull of spagetti
  • a Generous dash of NICE red wine
  • 350g Sainsbury's Classic Tomato & Herb Sauce, Taste the Difference
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 romero pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 red onion (diced)
  • Generous pinch of mild chilli powder
  • pinch of cayene pepper
  • pinch of Schwartz itallian seasoning

Directions
  1. Prepare all the vegetables
  2. then put on the pasta to boil
  3. once you have done that put the mince on to brown
  4. then once browned add the wine and simmer till it has soaked into the mince
  5. then add the peppers, garlic and onion & lightly fry
  6. then add the pasta sauce along with the spices/ herbs
  7. stirr thoroughly
  8. when pasta is ready serve with parmesan cheese on top and garlic bread (oh and a glass of that lovely red wine)

Oops just noticed it doesnt like dashes hmmmmm oh well cooking time is about 20- 25 mins depending on the browning of the mince etc xx
