Ingredients

1 1/4 lb ground beef (I prefer the 80%, but they shrink a lot so you have to make the patty bigger to allow for that)

1 TBSP Water (Only if you are using a very lean meat)

1 package onion soup mix

Couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce

garlic powder to taste

pepper to taste

prepared horseradish (optional) to taste

Directions

Place your beef in a mixing bowl and add all your spices and mix thoroughly. Use the water ONLY if you are using very lean meat.

Shape into 4 patties. (If you are using 80% lean meat make the patties bigger and thinner this allows for shrinkage. The fat is what gives all the extra flavor to the meat.)

Grill or fry. :)
