How to make it

  • Place your beef in a mixing bowl and add all your spices and mix thoroughly. Use the water ONLY if you are using very lean meat.
  • Shape into 4 patties. (If you are using 80% lean meat make the patties bigger and thinner this allows for shrinkage. The fat is what gives all the extra flavor to the meat.)
  • Grill or fry. :)
