How to make it

  • Mix the meat, egg, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Shape into coctail-size meatballs.
  • Brown these in a skillet. Drain the fat.
  • To the pan add the remaining ingredients and simmer to blend flavors and finish cooking meatballs.
  • I like to serve these in a heated dish with tootpicks or serving spoon.
