This is a very light and refreshing dessert to serve during the summertime. A big hit at our family get togethers!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 carton (12-oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 1 prepared angel food cake, cut into 1-in. cubes
  • 3 pints strawberries

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  2. In a mixing bowl beat, yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in pudding mixture and 1 cup whipped topping.
  4. Place a third of cake cubes in a 4-qt. trifle bowl.
  5. Top with a third of pudding mix, a third of berries and half of remaining whipped topping.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Top with remaining cake, pudding and berries.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
  9. Any clear 4 quart bowl will do for this recipe if you don't have a trifle dish!
