this is a quick fix meal bakes in no time and can be prepared to be real fancy

Ingredients
  • chicken breast bonless skinless
  • a cured ham bacon panchetta procutto or even a cold cut ham could work
  • i love swiss in this but when i make it for kids i use munster cheese
  • tooth picks are nessary

Directions
  1. with some plastic wrap cover chicken brest and pound it thin
  2. take out and lay in on top of your cured ham and then put the cheese on the inside of your chicken
  3. so you have ham chicken cheese roll up as tight as possible and tooth pick it closed
  4. bake at 350 for about 30 min
  5. this is so good with a whole weat tortilla with some mayo and cream cheese spread maby some veggies, or even served over rice or chopped in salad or pasta, very good chicken!!
