Ingredients
  • 1 (8-oz.) plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco
  • 1-1/4 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika
  • 2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 18 Chicken wings (about 3 lb.)
  • 1 Stick butter, melted

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, stir yogurt and Tabasco until smooth.
  2. In another bowl mix flour, paprika, pepper and salt.
  3. Add chicken wings to yogurt mixture, toss to coat, then dip wings into flour mixture to coat.
  4. Let wings sit on waxed paper for an hour so the coating sticks.
  5. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  6. Arrange wings in single layer in large roasting pan lined with non-stick foil.
  7. Drizzle with melted butter.
  8. Bake wings until fork tender.
  9. Makes 18 wings (1 wing per person)

This recipe sounds great and simple. I like that it is baked and not fried. You said one wing per person ?? That is the begining of a riot.
