Savory Chicken Scallop

- 4 cups diced cooked chicken shopping list
- 3 cups fine soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/3 chopped pimiento shopping list
- 3/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 3/4 tsp poultry seasoning shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 4 slightly beaten eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- SAUCE: 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup dairy sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the first 11 ingredients.
- Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in moderate oven 350 degree oven for 50 to 50 minutes or till knife inserted comes out clean.
- Cut in squares. Serve with cream mushroom sauce.
- SAUCE: In saucepan combine the 3 sauce ingredients. Heat and stir. Serve spooned over chicken squares.
