Ingredients
  • 20 to 25 large apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Directions
  1. Cook on medium high for 20-30 minutes. Reduce to medium and cook another 20 minutes. Mash with potato masher. Season to taste with cinnamon and sugar. If too thick add more water under desired consistency. Freeze or can.
