Microwave low-fat granola

- 2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oatmeal shopping list
- 2-4 T brown sugar shopping list
- 1 T vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 c wheat germ (opt) shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon or to taste shopping list
- nuts of your choice shopping list
- Minced dried fruit of your choice shopping list
- chocolate pieces if desired shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together oatmeal, brown sugar, oil, wheat germ, and cinnamon.
- Microwave on "high" for 2 minutes. Stir.
- Microwave on "high 1/1/2-2 minutes longer. Cool.
- Add desired ingredients, cover and store in airtight container.
