How to make it

  • Beat the egg with the salt and add the tuna
  • Cut the onion in small pieces and fry them in olive oil
  • Add the onion to the mix
  • Add a pinch of pepper
  • Heat oil in a small frying pan (the size of the pan depends on the servings) and add the mix
  • Cook the omelette, turning it when it's necessary
