Corn Stuffed Pork Chops In The Crock Pot

- 6 pork chops 2” thick shopping list
- 7 ounce can whole kernel corn shopping list
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced green pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sage shopping list
How to make it
- Cut a horizontal slit in side of each chop forming a pocket for stuffing.
- Mix corn with juices, bread crumbs, onion, pepper, salt and sage.
- Spoon corn mixture into slits then close with toothpicks.
- Place on metal rack or trivet in crock pot then cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
