Corn Stuffed Pork Chops In The Crock Pot Recipe
Another tried and true delight that I obtained from an awesome estate sale several years ago. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops 2” thick
  • 7 ounce can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage

Directions
  1. Cut a horizontal slit in side of each chop forming a pocket for stuffing.
  2. Mix corn with juices, bread crumbs, onion, pepper, salt and sage.
  3. Spoon corn mixture into slits then close with toothpicks.
  4. Place on metal rack or trivet in crock pot then cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
