Paper Bag Triple Berry Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 Large paper grocery bag

Crust:

1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 TSP sugar

1 TSP salt

1/2 cup oil(canola is what i used)

2 TBS cold milk

Filling:

4 cups berries(I have used 2 blackberries, and 1 cup rasberries, 1 cup blueberries,) I did toss in extra blueberries (little over 1/4 cup and it was great)

1/4 cup flour

1/8 TSP salt

1 1/4 cups sugar( I experimented with lt brown granulated sugar and it was tasty)

Topping:

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter or alternative softened

Directions

Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 inch pie plate( I used 8 inch deep dish when I threw in the extra berries)

In a Ziploc pour filling ingredients

Shale well and dump it into the crust(Worded my my Granny)

Put softened butter in bowl cut or mix in flour and sugar

Spoon or sprinkle on top

place pie in grocery bag and fold open end to close bag

Bake at 350 for 90 minutes

DONT PEEK

Take out and cool(cool in bag)
