Hurry Up We Are Hungry Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 medium sized potatoes ( I like yukon gold)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream ( I use fat free)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (fat-free if you wish)
  • 2 thick slices velveeta (lite for us!) chopped into little squares
  • 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices canadian bacon

Directions
  1. Put a medium-sized pot of salted water on to boil
  2. peel potatoes and slice thinly
  3. boil potatoes for 5 minutes
  4. cut canadian bacon into bite size pieces
  5. mix milk, sour cream, and soup together
  6. drain potatoes and spread them out in a baking dish
  7. sprinkle cheese cubes over potatoes
  8. sprinkle canadian bacon pies over potatoes
  9. pour soup mixture evenly over potatoes
  10. sprinkle parmesan cheese over it all
  11. Bake for 15 minutes
  12. Serve to hungy potato eaters!
