Hurry Up We are Hungry Scalloped Potatoes

- 6 medium sized potatoes ( I like yukon gold) shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream ( I use fat free) shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (fat-free if you wish) shopping list
- 2 thick slices velveeta (lite for us!) chopped into little squares shopping list
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 4 slices Canadian bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Put a medium-sized pot of salted water on to boil
- peel potatoes and slice thinly
- boil potatoes for 5 minutes
- cut canadian bacon into bite size pieces
- mix milk, sour cream, and soup together
- drain potatoes and spread them out in a baking dish
- sprinkle cheese cubes over potatoes
- sprinkle canadian bacon pies over potatoes
- pour soup mixture evenly over potatoes
- sprinkle parmesan cheese over it all
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Serve to hungy potato eaters!
