  • Montare i tuoli con lo zucchero. Fondere a bagnomaria o nel microonde il cioccolato con il burro e quando è tiepido unirlo alle uova. Aggiungere la farina e piano piano anche le chiare montate a neve. Infornare a 170° per 9 min. poi abbassare la temperatura a 160° per 18 min.
