Bachelors Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef, lean

1 small onion chopped

salt and pepper to taste

1 egg

1 small can of cream style corn

1 samll can of drained peas

1 canof undiluted tomato soup

2 lumps of butter, size of walnuts

leftover prepared mashed potatoes

Directions

Mix meat, onion, salt and pepper and egg and pack evenly into a greased 2 1/2 quart caserole dish.

Add undiluted tomato soup to cover meat, then add , peas and corn.

Cover evenly with mashed potoes, and dot with the butter.

Bake 375 for 45 minutes or meat is done.

Reheats well
