How to make it

  • Mix 1/2 gallon sherbert with 2-2 liters of pop.
  • **HINT: cut up the sherbert into chunks and add the pop slowly.
  • Stir gentle to mix.
  • It will get creamier as the sherbert melts.
  • Use whatever flavor (color) that you need for the party.
  • We used raspberry sherbert at our wedding reception 23 years ago.
