Ingredients
  • Referees
  • 2 Chilies (red)
  • 1 Red bellpepper
  • Dry Team:
  • ½ Tsp. Cumin
  • ½ Tsp. Nutmeg
  • ½ Tsp. Paprika
  • ½ Tsp. Brown Sugar
  • 3-4 grinds of black pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ large onion
  • Pro Team:
  • 2 lean chicken breasts
  • ½ lb. of shrimp (large)
  • Wet Team:
  • 1/3 cup of wine (red)
  • 1 ½ cups of stock (chicken)
  • Olive oil (as needed)

Directions
  1. 1. Bring olive oil and stock to simmer in large pot.
  2. 2. Crush garlic and onion together, then mix well with dry team.
  3. 3. Shave Referees, and chill.
  4. 4. Slice chicken into strips and dust Pro team in Dry team. (Now called Pry team)
  5. 5. Toss Pry team into skillet on medium temp. Stir until ready.
  6. 6. When done, mix the Pry Team with Wet team, raise to medium-low heat.
  7. 7. About 5 minutes later, add red wine, reduce to a low simmer, and stir gently.
  8. 8. When ideal time is done, take off stove, mix well, and pour into bowls. Then top off with chilled Ref. Team.
  9. 9. Serve.
