How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar togerther until fluffy.Slowly beat in egg,then the peanut butter.Sift in the flour and the bicar,then fold into the mix.
  • Divide mixture into15. shape into biscuites, roll with you hands.then flatten
  • Places on a greasd tray 350f/180c gas 4 15--20 min
  • cool on wire rack
