vegetable or peanut oil

bacon

Directions

put oil into deep fryer at lower level

(bacon grease will add to oil)

Fry bacon in deep fryer!

less mess, quicker, easier, less cleanup, less hassle!

I usually put a pound of bacon in an aluminum tray and put it in my turbo convection oven and bake it for 10 minutes.... pouring off the grease several times as it accumulates. Keep it in the fridge and then cook it a bit more to finish it off. I like it this way as it doesn't burn it and the bacon doesn't shrivel up like in other methods.
