How to make it

  • Prepare Glaze aheadof time using the recipe ingrdiiients
  • Combobine all the glaze ingredients together in largel SAUCEPAN.bRING TO BOIL.then lower ehat to a simmer and cook for about 10minutes.
  • Strain the pan contents and discard the s olids. Reduce the liquid to about 1/2 cup Refrigerate if you do not plan o using it right away
  • Preheat oven to 350 degres
  • Place the Ham on a rack in a disposable pan as the mess is imposible to clean
  • Cut shallow gashes in a criss cross pattern across the top of the ham.
  • Spoon just enough of the glaze over theham to complle3tely wet the surface
  • Combine the brown sugar and mustard together and pa tit all over theham
  • Pour !/2 cup water iin bottom of pan
  • Bake theHam,spooning some of the glaze over it every 15 ,omutes until the glazeis is all used up Try to get some glaze on all parts of the Ham
  • ADD MORE WATER TOTHE PAN TO KEEP IT FROM DRYING OUT
  • cONTINUE BAKING UNTIL INTERNAL THERMOMETER READS 160
  • rEMOVE FROM OVN AND ALLOW TO SIT FOR ATLEAST TEN MINUTES BEFORE SLICING
  • sERVE WITH YOUR CHOICEO OF SIDE DISHES
