MEXICO VAQUERO BREAKFAST COFFEE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wadley Estate in Allen, Texas in 1990.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups freshly brewed black coffee
  • 1-1/4 ounce tequila
  • 1/4 ounce kahlua
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Directions
  1. Pour 1 cup of the hot coffee into each of two footed coffee glasses.
  2. Divide tequila, kahlua and sugar evenly among glasses and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Serve immediately.
