How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, until just al dente
  • Drain and rinse pasta, and place in a medium mixing bowl
  • Add Balsamic Vinaigrette to your liking--I use about half a bottle (8 or more ounces)
  • Add sliced olives, halved tomatoes, garlic, basil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Toss.
  • Cool pasta in fridge for about 15 minutes or so, then add parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, and toss again.
  • Chill before serving
