Madrid Olive Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 large head Boston lettuce washed and separated

1-1/2 red onions cut into 8 thin slices

16 large pimento stuffed Spanish olives sliced

2 red peppers cleaned seeded and sliced into 8 rounds

4 large mushrooms sliced

1 large navel orange peeled sliced into 6 rounds then halved

1 small cucumber scored and sliced

Fresh chives

1 cup bottled vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions

Divide all ingredients except dressing evenly onto 4 plates then top with dressing.
