Rollo Cookies Recipe

A super easy and quick recipe for cookies for anyone (like me) who doesn't really like to bake. It's a little messy on the hands...

Ingredients
- 2 boxes of chocolate cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c vegetable oil
- 2 bags of rollos
- sugar
Directions
- Mix frst three ingredients to form a dough
- Form dough around individual rollos
- Roll cookies in sugar and place on baking sheet
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Hint #1 - it helps to chill/freeze the rollos first
- Hint #2 - it also helps to use cheap/thin baking sheets rather than nice insulated ones.
- Hint #3 - it also helps to let the baking sheets cool between baking
- (all hints above prevent rollos from melting through the bottom of cookie and having caramel stick to the pan).

Yesterday I bought 4 packets of ROLLOS, 10 in a pack I've managed to devour a pack last nite watching the telly This recipe sounds so yummy I think I bought a packet of chocolate cake mix 2 weeks ago What a great reason to make these! Anoody, Rollos are a candy. They have a carmel type center covered in chocolate. Very yummy.
