Pork Roast

On a winters day I like to cook a pork roast. I take the roast and put it in the pan to bake. I then add 4 bottles of beer. Any kind of beer. Then add onions, pototoes,carrots, turnips and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Read more Comes out so tender. I do that with all meats See less
Ingredients
- pork roast shopping list
- 4 bottles beer shopping list
- potatoes cut up not peeled 6-8 shopping list
- 2 bags carrots not peeled just ends cut off shopping list
- turnips4-6 shopping list
- onions 4-6 shopping list
How to make it
- wash pork roast off
- put in pan with lid
- add four beers
- add all veggies
- cover and bake at 350
- 2 1/2 hours
