Pork Roast Recipe

	Pennyg6565 / All my dishes 1 year, 3 months ago On a winters day I like to cook a pork roast. I take the roast and put it in the pan to bake. I then add 4 bottles of beer. Any kind of beer. Ingredients

pork roast

4 bottles beer

potatoes cut up not peeled 6-8

2 bags carrots not peeled just ends cut off

turnips4-6

onions 4-6

Directions

wash pork roast off

put in pan with lid

add four beers

add all veggies

cover and bake at 350

2 1/2 hours
