This is a simble but good dessert or you can use these for breakfast or brunch when company comes to stay....So good with a steaming cuppa coffee.

Ingredients
  • 1 (8oz) oackage refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 large egg white, beaten
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
  • confectioners sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. On a cookie sheet, separate dough into 4 rectangles; pinch diagonal seams closed; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the confectioners sugar.
  3. Spoon 1/4 cream cheese and 1/2 preserves in center of each.
  4. Brush edges with egg white.
  5. Fold corners to center; press.
  6. Brush tops with egg white as well.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
  8. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
